A Customized List of Services Tailored to Your Specific Needs including Service Aspects Available in the “Can Do It-Partial/Month of/Coordination Only Event Packages.

This package is for the client who wants to participate in their event planning process. They may have already reached out to vendors or already booked vendors for their event day but will need professional guidance along the rest of the way. This package Includes: Initial Consultation, A Customized List of Services Tailored to Your Specific Needs including Service Aspects Available in the “Can Do It-Month of” Event Package.

Can Dot It-Month of Event Package

This package is for the client who wants to take care of the planning and vendor selections themselves but need to ensure the event is directed smoothly. This package Includes: Initial Consultation, Create Timelines, Full Day of Wedding Coordination, Assist and Oversee Set Up, Day of Itinerary, Unlimited Phone and Email Advice, Coordination of Vendors previous to Day of, Ensure of Timing, Ensure Event Party is in Correct Positions, Direct Ceremony, Assist Guests, Ensure Event Runs Smoothly, Handle any Possible Issues, Ensure a Stress Free Day For the Client.

Coordinating Only Package

This package is for the person who has everything with their event aligned, all vendors are in order and just need a professional to direct the event day of Only.

-Budgeting Spreadsheet pre-set with calculation formulas $25.00
- Vendor Referral Options $30.00 per industry (up to 5 max)
- Phone and Email Support $30.00 per session (1hr)
- Planning Material (Itineraries, Venue Assessment Forms, etc.) $50.00
- Planning Meetings $50.00 per hour

Deposit/Payments
Deposit/retainer fee is 50% of your selected package with the signing of the contract. The remaining balance can be divided into up to 3 installments. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event date.
Additional Fees
Depending on your distance from Fayetteville, NC; your event may incur a minor travel charge and/or hotel accommodation. This will be discussed prior to contracting so there are no hidden costs incurred. Any additional add-ons or print/design services will have their own invoice/fees.
